By creating an account or using Artchive, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Artchive is a digital platform that allows users to:
- Upload and store photographs of artwork
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance images
- Organize artwork into albums and collections
- Share artwork with family members through private links or accounts
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Credits and Payments
Free Features: Uploading, organizing, and storing artwork is always free.
Credits: AI enhancement features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service and do not expire. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
5. Your Content
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Artchive. We do not claim ownership of your artwork or photographs.
License: By uploading content, you grant Artchive a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to share it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. AI Processing
Our AI enhancement features process your images to improve quality. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- AI processing may not produce perfect results
- Original images are preserved alongside enhanced versions
- Your images are not used to train AI models
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your content available for download for 30 days after account deletion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, THOUGH WE TAKE REASONABLE MEASURES TO PROTECT IT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTCHIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
